3-YEAR Limited Warranty

At Voltask, our mission is to make every task easier for you! So we provide a 3-year limited warranty on our products to ensure reliability.

Voltask warrants to the original owner that each new product and service part is free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty service covers the situations after you purchase new and unused product at Voltask Amazon Store form the shipping date. Our products are protected against all defects in materials, faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the warranty period. The replaced or repaired product is under the same warranty period form the original purchase date.

You may also arrange for service after the warranty expires at an additional cost. These are our general terms for warranty service, but we always encourage our customers to reach out to us with any problems, regardless of warranty terms. If you have problems with a Voltask product, please contact us at support@voltask.com, and we will do our best to solve them for you.

The warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including but not limited to:

(a) normal wear and tear;

(b) abuse, mishandling, accident, or failure to follow operating instructions;

(c) exposure to liquid or infiltration of foreign particles;

(d) servicing or modifications of the product by products or accessories other than Voltask's;

(e) commercial or non-household use.
