Well made item. Positive help fro Tech support.

After speaking to a tech support person and learning about the little black piece that needed to be removed I was able to start the blower. It sounds really strong. Now I am anxious to try it out. It is sturdy and relatively lite. This definitely needs to be added to the instruction book.

It works the way it should. Just know you will have to continually charge the battery

The shovel blower worked well. The only thing I don't like is th ed battery life. In 10 inches of snow I had to charge the battery every 3 minutes.
